Belong for life

A trusted circle of peers building alongside you — for the long arc, not the launch.

Two founders walking in golden hour light

Overview

Building a company is the loneliest job most people will ever do. A founder community changes the texture of the work — not by removing the difficulty, but by making sure no one carries it alone. Once you're in, you're in for life.

Small cohorts, deep trust

We cap each cohort at 24 founders. That's small enough that everyone knows everyone, big enough to span sectors and geographies. The people you start with become the people you call at midnight five years from now.

Two residencies a year

Twice a year — once at the start, once at launch — the cohort gathers in person for a week. No keynotes. Long meals, long walks, long conversations. The work happens in the room and at the dinner table.

An alumni network that actually shows up

1,200 founders across 47 countries. A private channel where questions get answered in minutes. An annual gathering. And the quiet, ordinary kind of help — an intro, a referral, a couch in another city — that no program can manufacture, only cultivate.
