Learn by building

A practical curriculum taught by operators — no lectures, no theory you'll never use.

An open book on a sunlit table

Overview

Most founder programs hand you frameworks. We hand you a problem, a deadline, and the people who've solved it before. Over twelve weeks of intensive work, you'll move from a half-formed idea to a customer who has paid you real money.

Built around the work, not the syllabus

Every week you ship something — a customer interview, a landing page, a prototype, a sale. Workshops respond to what the cohort is actually building, not a fixed agenda. You learn the things you need, when you need them.

Taught by operators, not academics

Our facilitators are practising founders, designers, engineers and investors. They've made the mistakes you're about to make, and they tell you about them honestly. No guru talk. No conference slides recycled from 2019.

Designed for people who haven't done this before

You don't need a business degree, a technical background or a polished pitch. You need curiosity, evenings, and a willingness to be wrong out loud. We meet you where you are and walk forward together.

Inside the work.

01

Problem discovery

Find a problem worth solving and the people who feel it.

02

Validation sprints

Test your assumptions in days, not quarters.

03

First product

Ship a minimum lovable version — not a deck.

04

Going to market

Pricing, positioning and your first ten customers.

05

Operating rhythm

Build the cadence that keeps a small team moving.

06

Ethics and impact

Decisions that compound — for good or for harm.

"I learned more in twelve weeks here than in two years of trying alone."
